SBCO Reconciliation Suite
USER GUIDE

How to Use the Website

A complete guide to choosing the right tool, uploading files, analysing differences and producing reliable outputs.

What this website provides

The SBCO Reconciliation Suite is a single portal for four focused reconciliation and analysis tools. It helps move from large source files to office-wise and GL-wise analysis, exact discrepancies, source verification and export-ready outputs.

Main workflow: Upload data → choose the correct tool → apply date/office/GL filters → identify matched, missing or difference rows → inspect source records → print or export the required report.

Tool 1 — Cashbook vs Finacle GL

Use this when you need to compare Cash Book figures against Finacle / GL figures. It is designed for matched, missing and difference status analysis, source checking and report/export workflows.

Typical use

  1. Upload Cash Book and Finacle/GL files.
  2. Select date and filters.
  3. Run comparison.
  4. Review matched/difference/missing rows.
  5. Use View Source for verification.
  6. Export or print results.

Tool 2 — Exact BO / SO / HO Difference Finder

Use this after a difference is known and you need to identify the exact office or source. It uses BO/SO/HO hierarchy and office mapping for drill-down analysis.

Typical use

  1. Upload required comparison files.
  2. Upload office mapping.
  3. Select date, GL and office filters.
  4. Review exact BO/SO/HO differences.
  5. Open source details.
  6. Prepare the discrepancy register.

Tool 3 — Treasury Analyzer

Use this to inspect Treasury GL export files by date, office, GL, receipt/payment and amount. It is useful for large multi-file monthly datasets.

Typical use

  1. Upload one or multiple Treasury files.
  2. Optionally add office mapping.
  3. Choose filters and amount ranges.
  4. Review totals and detailed rows.
  5. Search specific office or GL records.
  6. Export filtered results.

Tool 4 — Finacle Office Wise GL Analyzer

Use this to extract Finacle data office-wise and GL-wise, including BO/SO/HO classification and parent-office mapping.

Typical use

  1. Upload Finacle source files.
  2. Add mapping where required.
  3. Filter by office, office type, GL or date.
  4. Review deposits, withdrawals and totals.
  5. Open row details for verification.
  6. Export the required view.

Recommended operating sequence

  1. Start with Treasury or Finacle analyzers when you need to understand the raw source.
  2. Use Cashbook vs Finacle when the task is reconciliation between two systems.
  3. Use Exact BO/SO/HO Difference Finder when a GL difference must be traced to a specific office.
  4. Verify source rows before finalizing any discrepancy.
  5. Export only the filtered, verified result required for official use.

Data privacy and browser processing

The current HTML tools are designed to run in the browser. However, any future login, cloud storage, account sync, payments or server-side report storage must be separately configured with secure backend services and appropriate access controls.
